Before moving to full-scale production, we develop physical prototypes to validate the design under real conditions. This process is guided by the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) methodology, which ensures that all components meet the strict requirements of quality, performance, and reliability before entering mass production. We conduct resistance, vibration, insulation, and climate testing to guarantee optimal performance in any environment.
Additionally, our cabins undergo rigorous safety validations such as ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) certifications, essential for ensuring operator protection in high-risk sectors like construction and agriculture. Electrical testing is also a critical part of our validation phase, verifying proper functionality, insulation resistance, and system integration of electrical components within each cab.
