Mansilla Cabs promotes the attraction of young talent in Burgos

This year, we had the opportunity to take part in the Employability Congress of the OrienTA Project, organized by the Castile and León Cluster of Capital Goods and Equipment (CBECyL). For us, initiatives like this are part of an important mission: bringing industry closer to new generations and showing them first-hand the real opportunities offered by the capital goods sector.

During the career fairs at the University of Burgos (UBU) and the Padre Aramburu Vocational Training Center, we held B2B meetings with students and recent graduates to discuss the profiles we are looking for and the future of the industry. In addition, we expanded this dialogue together with other companies from the cluster, sharing what we, as industrial and technology-driven companies, are looking for and which skills are key to joining the sector.

For Mansilla Cabs, this was a perfect opportunity to reinforce a message we have been promoting for some time: industry is evolving, it needs well-prepared talent, and it offers a solid, innovative, and opportunity-filled professional future.

Taking part in these activities further motivates us to continue listening to young talent, bringing the reality of industry closer to classrooms, and building—from Burgos—a strong sector ready to face future challenges.
