At Mansilla Cabs, we recently welcomed the students of the 13th edition of the GESTIDI Program 2026, promoted by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICECYL) and academically led by CEU Business School Castilla y León.
The visit was part of a program designed to introduce participants to companies in Burgos with experience in innovation, internationalization, and industrial development.
During the visit, we shared the evolution of Mansilla Cabs, our growth in international markets, and some of the challenges that an industrial company faces in an increasingly demanding market. We also discussed several R&D&I projects focused on developing safer, more efficient, and more sustainable solutions, with the aim of creating value for our customers and improving the experience of end users.
Following the presentation, the participants toured our facilities and had the opportunity to see the different stages of our production process firsthand, as well as the technologies used at each stage.
The visit provided an opportunity to demonstrate how we combine decades of experience with new technological solutions to develop cabins tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
For Mansilla Cabs, taking part in initiatives such as the GESTIDI Program is an excellent opportunity to share our experience, bring the reality of the industrial sector in Castilla y León closer to future professionals, and strengthen the connection between business, education, and the local community.
