Innovation and Improvements to the Cataphoresis Process at Mansilla Cabs

At Mansilla Cabs, we continue to invest in our production processes with a clear objective: to work more efficiently, optimize our resources, and maintain the highest quality standards in our products.

One of the latest improvements has been the installation of a new furnace for the cataphoresis process. This equipment is involved in a key stage of production: drying the parts after the cataphoresis treatment and before the application of paint.

The new furnace enables more precise control of the drying conditions and greater stability throughout the entire process. This results in a more uniform surface treatment and more consistent outcomes, both of which directly influence the quality, strength, and durability of the components used in our cabs.

In addition, the equipment incorporates new regulation and control systems that contribute to more reliable and efficient operation. Its design optimizes hot air circulation and enables more efficient energy consumption management, improving the overall performance of this production stage.

With this investment, we are strengthening the capacity and competitiveness of our facilities while continuing to advance our commitment to continuous improvement and industrial innovation.
